COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the American Autogard 201-AF3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Boston product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the GR0004A025 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GD435246 manufactured by Atlas and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7185J by Manufacturer Boston as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand LF93275B9J in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Boston such as F721B10SB76 equipment made by Boston have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boston products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boston" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 37X10X1000 made by Amet as well as the popular W63U15P71B5B8 original spares produced by Bonfigioli Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GR0255C010 by Baldor and F721B10SB76 spares by Boston are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F92460B5J Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
